Margaritaville Beach Resort fall wine dinners

In October, JWB Grill will host A Tour of Spain, the next installation of its wine experience series. On Oct. 15, guests can luxuriate in an immersive dining experience that showcases Spain's rich winemaking heritage, from the bold reds of Rioja and Ribera del Duero to vibrant whites and sparkling Cava. The four-course menu includes:

• First Course: Pintxo de Pulpo – charred octopus, chorizo, peppers and tomato bread; matched with Poema Brut, Cava
• Second Course: Andalusian Gazpacho – Sungold salsa and grilled croutons; matched with Pazo Cilleiro Albariño, Rías Baixas
• Third Course: Paella de Mariscos a la Parrilla – grilled seafood paella; matched with Marqués de Cáceres Gran Reserva, Rioja
• Finale: Flan de Naranja y Almendra – citrus and toasted almond custard; matched with Manzanilla Sherry

Each wine experience takes place from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at JWB Grill, located at 1170 Estero Blvd. on Fort Myers Beach. The wine dinners are $145 per person, which includes wine pairings, the four-course dinner, tax, gratuity and valet parking. Reservations are required.
