On Sept. 17, embark on culinary journey through the vineyards and villages of France at JWB Grill's monthly wine dinner. Inspired by regional French cuisine, A Tour of France will feature a thoughtfully crafted four-course dinner, with each course paired with celebrated wines from Champagne, Loire Valley and Bordeaux. The prix fixe menu includes:

• First Course: Chilled Pea Velouté – mint oil, crème fraîche and baguette bite; matched with Hubert Brochard Sancerre
• Second Course: Butter-Poached Langoustine – fennel purée, saffron emulsion and petit salad; matched with Gosset Grand Réserve, Reims
• Third Course: Chateaubriand – pomme purée, roasted shallot, caulilini and herb butter; matched with Bordeaux Blend
• Finale: Deconstructed Chocolate Napoleon Cake with raspberry glaze; matched with Louis Jadot Pinot Noir, Burgundy

Each wine experience takes place from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at JWB Grill, located at 1170 Estero Blvd. on Fort Myers Beach. The wine dinners are $145 per person, which includes wine pairings, the four-course dinner, tax, gratuity and valet parking. Reservations are required.
